However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a refund policy based on issuing vouchers in the form of coupons for future purchases on our site. You are entitled to claim a voucher (in the form of a coupon) in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The product does not match the description on our website.
- You received a different product than you ordered.
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. In the event of a problem, we will issue a coupon of equal value to the purchase price of the product, which you can use to purchase other products on our site.
To apply for a voucher, follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date at support@ewobi.com, providing the order number and describing the problem with the product.
- Attach a photo or video of the damaged or defective product, or the wrong product you received.
- Once your request is approved, we will send you a coupon of equal value to the product you wish to return, which you can use for future purchases on Ewobi.
- The product must be returned in its original, unused condition and with the original packaging (if applicable).
- Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
- The voucher issued will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can only be used at https://ewobi.com.
- The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
Our refund policy does not apply in the following cases:

- Products purchased with discounts or special promotions.
- Products that show signs of use or wear.
- Requests for refunds made after the 14-day period after delivery.
- Custom or made-to-order products.
- The coupon issued will be applicable to any product available on our site and can be used within 12 months. If the value of your purchase is greater than the amount of the coupon, you will be able to pay the difference through the payment methods accepted on our site. Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
